Navya has launched a comprehensive Flight Procedure Design (FPD) Training Programme, designed to qualify participants in instrument flight procedure design in accordance with the criteria established in ICAO PANS-OPS and ICAO Doc 9906, Volume II, which defines the training requirements for Flight Procedure Designers.
